  Delivery times may vary depending on postal services and holidays.

• All parcels include a tracking number.

• You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

6. Packaging

• We use eco-friendly, secure packaging to protect your items.

• Stickers and keychains are sent in padded envelopes; shirts, tote bags, and sweatshirts in protective mailers; artworks are carefully wrapped to avoid damage.

7. Delays or Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you.
